Skilled Nursing

S. A. Nurses's skilled nursing staff are trained Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists.

Physical Therapy

Offers patients an individualize a plan for improved movement, managing pain, performing safety evaluation, and establishing goals for optimum function.

Occupational Therapy

utilizes therapeutic activities for patients to improve and maintain skills with activities of daily living and regaining fine motor skills.

Speech Therapy

(Speech Language Pathology) evaluates the patient’s needs and provides support with language and cognitive communication and establishes practices for safety with eating and drinking.

Medical Social Worker

assists patients and their families and caregivers to navigate available help systems, setting goals, providing resources and services.

Home Health Aides

based on your individual care plan, your home health aide is available to assist with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
